As WIXVPS cannot engage in Internet monitoring or censorship, nor does it intend to do so, we cannot bear responsibility for any harm suffered by subscribers due to inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or illegal communications on the Internet.
It is important for subscribers to acknowledge that WIXVPS neither reviews, edits, censors, nor assumes responsibility for any content created by its subscribers. Spamming: Transmitting unsolicited bulk and/or commercial information through the Internet has significant repercussions, not only by negatively affecting the perception of WIXVPS among consumers but also by potentially overwhelming and disrupting the network and services provided to WIXVPS' subscribers. Moreover, the operation of an open SMTP relay is strictly forbidden. In the event that a complaint is lodged, WIXVPS will conduct an investigation and promptly terminate the account responsible for the unauthorized spamming activity. A charge of $500 will be imposed on the individual initiating the spam, as a consequence of violating this policy. Furthermore, WIXVPS retains the right to pursue legal action against offenders. Should WIXVPS choose to pursue such legal recourse, a charge of $1.00 per email sent will be assessed.
Adult-Oriented Content: WIXVPS requires to be notified may you wish to provide adult content, whether it be images, video, games, audio or software. Your intent to do so must be stated prior to, or at the time of purchase. Failure to comply may result in your account being suspended/terminated without notice.
Obscene Speech or Materials: Using WIXVPS' network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material is prohibited. Also, any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (i.e., port scan, stealth scan or other information-gathering activity).
The distribution of harmful elements such as Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or engagement in other destructive activities is strictly forbidden. This includes the dissemination of information related to the creation and transmission of such malicious software. Additionally, engaging in activities such as pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks, or any actions that lead to the disruption or interference with the proper utilization of the network, connected networks, systems, services, or equipment are strictly prohibited. WIXVPS upholds a zero-tolerance policy towards these behavior patterns to ensure the optimal functioning and effectiveness of its services. Copyrighted Content: The improper or abusive utilization of content, which includes, but is not limited to, the fraudulent use of content or the violation of rights belonging to a third party (such as personality rights, copyrights, patents, brands, or other intellectual property rights).
Other legal Activities: Participating in activities that are determined to be illegal, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise providing access to ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and engaging in software piracy, is strictly prohibited.

We offer the following subscription services:
1. Monthly Subscription:
- Monthly subscriptions provide users with access to a product or service for a period of one month.
- This option offers maximum flexibility, allowing subscribers to assess their usage on a monthly basis and decide whether to continue or cancel the subscription.
- It's ideal for those who prefer short-term commitments or want the freedom to adjust their subscription status frequently.
- Monthly subscriptions typically have higher monthly fees compared to longer-term options.
2. Quarterly Subscription:
- Quarterly subscriptions extend the subscription period to three months, providing a balance between flexibility and commitment.
- Subscribers pay for three months of access upfront, often at a slightly discounted rate compared to the monthly option.
- This option suits individuals who want to save money compared to monthly subscriptions but still maintain some flexibility in their commitment.
3. Semi-Annually Subscription:
- Semi-Annually subscriptions offer access to the product or service for a period of six months.
- Subscribers pay for six months of access upfront, usually at a more discounted rate compared to monthly or quarterly subscriptions.
- This option is ideal for individuals who are committed to using the service over a longer period but still prefer not to commit for an entire year
4. Annually Subscription:
- Annually subscriptions provide access for a full year, offering the most significant cost savings compared to shorter-term options.
- Subscribers pay for twelve months of access upfront, often at a significantly discounted rate per month compared to monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly subscriptions.
- This option is best suited for individuals who are confident in their long-term usage of the product or service and want to maximize their savings.
Upon the arrival of the Account Activation Date each month, WIXVPS will carry out one of the following actions:
(1) charge the client's credit card (if the client has provided such information);
or (2) send an invoice via email or regular mail, detailing the applicable Service Fees for the Services provided during the current month.
Invoices are generated 14 days prior to the original Account Activation Date, and it is required that payment be submitted to WIXVPS no later than the specified payment due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in the immediate termination of this agreement by WIXVPS. Unless a direct request is made to our Billing at least 48 hours before the payment due date, credit cards will be automatically billed.
The client holds the responsibility of ensuring that they possess sufficient funds to cover all transactions. In the event of payment failure, automated invoice reminders will continue to be sent. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an alternative payment method before the due date is reached.
Any late payments may lead to the suspension of the account or services. Invoices that remain unpaid before or on the due date will incur a late fee of 15% of the total outstanding amount stated on the invoice.
In order to ensure timely payment, invoices for active services are generated 14 days prior to their respective due dates. To maintain transparency, a warning e-mail will be dispatched if the due date passes without receiving payment and the invoice is not marked as PAID.
It is important to note that failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in an immediate suspension of your service. A notification regarding the suspension will be sent via e-mail.
Please be aware that WIXVPS cannot guarantee the recovery of your service after termination and cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, licensing rights, promotional prices or conditions, as well as any associated devices or secondary IP addresses following the termination of service.
Upon the receipt of a customer's initial paid order, WIXVPS has the authority to send an Order Verification email to ensure the authenticity of your account. To validate your account, we may require additional information. Until all the necessary information is provided and approved by our fraud verification team, we regret to inform you that no services or support can be rendered.
Please note that the 3 business day delivery period commences once the verification process is successfully completed. It is important to mention that verification may not be mandatory for every order, but it may be requested again if there are any changes made to your payment method.
Please be aware that our company does not have a Money Back Policy in place. Once a sale is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We would like to emphasize that refunds are not available due to the utilization of third-party nodes, which are fully paid for upon activation of the service.

Once the 7-day period has passed, it is necessary to settle the previously generated invoice before proceeding with a cancellation request. The cancellation of the server will then take effect on the subsequent due date.
WIXVPS holds no liability for any alleged damages, including incidental or consequential damages, that may occur as a result of the servers going offline or becoming unavailable for any reason. Additionally, WIXVPS cannot be held responsible for any alleged damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the corruption or deletion of any website hosted on WIXVPS servers. In the event of any damages, the extent of liability shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
If you come across any instances of violations pertaining to our Acceptable Use Policies, we kindly request that you report them to support@wixvps.com. It is important to note that failure to adhere to any of the terms or conditions outlined in our policies may result in immediate deactivation or termination of your account.
Please note that our hosting services are self-managed, and it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure data backup. WIXVPS cannot be held accountable for system downtime, network or hardware failures, or data loss. Additionally, WIXVPS cannot be held liable for any loss of projected income resulting from system downtime, network or hardware failures, or data loss. It is important to understand that certain services offered by WIXVPS are resold, which means that specific equipment, routing, software, and programming may not be directly owned or developed by WIXVPS.
At WIXVPS, we are committed to providing a service uptime of 99.99% for HTTP, FTP, POP, IMAP, and SMTP in Tier 1 locations exclusively. Please note that WIXVPS holds the right to modify any or all of the aforementioned policies, guidelines, and disclaimers without prior notification. Additionally, we retain the right to adjust pricing and alter our account plans without prior notification. However, it is important to mention that we will not increase the pricing of active account plans without reasonable justification. In such cases, we will provide a 30-day notice period for any price adjustments.
